Tellenger’s Quality Assurance
Ability to Monitor Progress and Maximize Quality
The Tellenger team is committed to our customers’ success by delivering the highest quality solutions and services while adding business value in all engagements.  Our quality management approach actively inspects quality at regular intervals and is institutionalized as part of our contract, cost, and management approach.

Tellenger employs best practices across a range of disciplines such as Program Management, Quality Assurance, Issue Resolution, and Subcontractor Management so that we can reliably and predictably deliver the right solution and services to our government customers.

Beginning in 2013, Tellenger formalized its quality management processes into a system called Tellenger Integrated Quality (or T-IQ) to consistently provide products that meet customer and regulatory requirements while addressing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including continual improvement and the mitigation of risk. T-IQ is used to manage programs and produce all the associated deliverables. T-IQ has been successfully assessed at CMMI Level 3 for software development, and includes procedures for:

  • Project Monitoring and Control
  • Measurement and Analysis
  • Requirements Management
  • Organizational Training
  • Supplier Agreement Management
  • Decision Analysis and Resolution
  • Technical Solutions
  • Risk Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Product Integration
  • Process & Project Quality Assurance
  • Validation & Verification

In order to meet the wide variety of technical and programmatic requirements of the government, T-IQ is designed with certain inherent flexibility, allowing our team to customize processes for differing engagements (e.g., Software Development vs. System Operation & Maintenance).
