Dave is a strategy expert who solves organizational problems using web-based technology and sophisticated software applications that are driven by achieving business goals. Dave recognized the potential of the Internet technologies in 1995 and, since then, has helped companies, government agencies, and not-for-profits reach new audiences online while achieving organizational objectives.
From forming corporate web strategies in New York City’s Silicon Alley to automating paper-based systems for the Federal Government, Dave has developed expertise helping others create new and expanded possibilities through technology. He started Tellenger in 2007 to innovate mission-critical solutions that address business, process, and organizational challenges in a systematic way.
Dave earned a masters in business management from the London School of Economics after graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in economics from The George Washington University.
Hamilton Beazley is a nationally recognized management consultant, executive, published scholar and authority on a broad range of topics in business strategy and organizational behavior. He draws on his experience founding, leading, and advising highly successful for- and not-for-profit organizations to guide Tellenger’s client projects, framed by broad and sought-after expertise that provides a broad business foundation for solutions expressed as technology.
Previous to working with Tellenger, Dr. Beazley served in a variety of financial analysis and corporate planning positions in the American oil industry and as former president of two non-profit organizations (in New York City and Washington, DC). Dr. Beazley was a founding partner of the software development company Valentus Group, LLC; the founding Chairman of the Oxy Houston Credit Union for employees of Occidental Petroleum Corporation in Houston; a member of the founding Board of DyChem International (U.K.), Ltd., a British specialty chemical company. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Educational Advancement Foundation, Austin, Texas, and has advised both for-profits and not-for-profits on strategic planning and start-up issues.
Dr. Beazley has been quoted in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Time Magazine, Fortune, Investor’s Business Daily, numerous other newspapers and periodicals, and he has testified before committees of both the United States Senate and House of Representatives as an expert witness. The author of seven books, he has appeared on Oprah Winfrey, NBC, CNN, CNBC, Fox, and a host of radio programs across the country. He was also co-creator of a television series that aired on the BBC for the 1984-1987 seasons.
Dr. Beazley received his B.A. degree in psychology from Yale University, his M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, and his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from The George Washington University.
